Southampton
Our Southampton team is made up of 6 staff members and is rapidly growing. We currently work with 6 schools in the local Southampton area and work closely with Hampshire County Council to provide 1-2-1 support sessions in all of these schools. We also provide intervention lessons onsite at schools, which are sports sessions that aim to help children, who struggle attending lessons, reintegrate back into a school environment.

We receive funding from Hampshire County Council to support pupils inside and outside of the school environment through our one-to-one and small group sessions.

Saturday Football club- Southampton
Due to the success of our current Saturday Football Club in New Milton, this year, we have decided to begin a Saturday Football Club at St James’ Park in Southampton with a free trial session for every newcomer!
Our Football Club in Southampton runs every Saturday and is split into two session times: 9:30-10:30am for 4-7 year-olds and 10:30-11:30am for 8-12 year-olds. After the free trial session, it costs just £5 per child and we welcome children of all abilities! No need to book.
Children are welcome to be dropped off before the club starts where they’ll be welcomed by a member of the Aspire Life Sports team. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. The address is St James’ Park, St James Road, Southampton, SO15 5SD.
Please ensure that your child has plenty of water and wears suitable clothing. Also, we ask that any snacks that they bring do not contain nuts.
